As the founder and manager of IZE Language Services, Béatrice now chairs the Board of Directors.

Mary OLIVER
Mary has over fifteen years of experience as a freelance and in-house translator and was awarded a degree in translation in her home country, England. Having lived in Germany, she is now based in France, and has a perfect command of the nuances of both foreign languages. Naturally inquisitive and thorough in her work, she researches each subject in depth before starting a new translation project. She has been translating for LOCALIZE since April 2012.She was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2014.
Matthew GRANT
With a Bachelor’s degree in French & German Studies and a Master’s degree in Interpreting and Translation in his native England, as well as extensive experience of living in Germany and French-speaking Canada, Matthew joined LOCALIZE in July 2013 as an intern translator. He settled in quickly and is now a fully-fledged member of the team. His passion for languages, highly-developed interpersonal skills and keen eye for detail make him well suited to his current roles as Project Manager and English mother-tongue translator.
David RODRIGUES
David joined the team in April 2017 as head of development. The business diploma he obtained in Lyon, as well as 10 years of experience in the domain, have made him skilled in the arts of modern communication. He is passionate about his job and does everything in his power to promote our activities and satisfy our partners. He would be glad to meet you anywhere in French-speaking Switzerland by appointment.
Annette JACCARD
Annette starting working with LOCALIZE in 2015 as a freelance translator and in 2016 she joined the team on a part-time basis. She translates French, English and Italian texts into her mother tongue, German. Annette has been an independent translator for more than 20 years and is able to deal with a variety of texts thanks to her extensive experience and attention to detail. She obtained her translation diploma from the “Dolmetscherschule Zürich” in 1995. She lives in Berne and works in the most beautiful office in the city, on the banks of the river Aar.
Chiara LONGONI
Chiara obtained a degree in translation from the University of Trieste before expanding her knowledge of foreign languages by travelling and gaining work experience abroad. After 9 years in the translation field, she came to work for LOCALIZE as an Italian mother-tongue translator in September 2012. Her passion for languages and her eagerness to discover and communicate with other cultures constantly inspire her to explore new linguistic horizons and to meet new challenges, her most recent project being to start learning Russian.
Eva SALVI
Being passionate about foreign languages and cultures, Eva spent a year studying in Pavia, Italy, before obtaining a professional Master’s degree in translation from the “Institut d’Interprètes, de Traducteurs et de Relations Internationales” (Institute of Translators, Interpreters and International Relations) in Strasbourg. In June 2015 she then took her first steps into the real world of translation at LOCALIZE, initially in the form of a nine-month internship. It is with great pleasure that Eva translates Italian and German texts into French. She was also able to add another string to her professional bow with further studies in communication.
Amandine CHATELLARD
Amandine is a perpetual globetrotter, as well as an avid reader and writer in her free time. She studied in the translation and interpreting department at the University of Geneva, where she first obtained a Bachelor’s degree in multilingual communication, followed by a Master’s degree in translation. As part of her first degree she also spent a year abroad in Cologne (Germany). After a three-month internship as a reviser in a German translation agency, Amandine joined the LOCALIZE team in 2017, initially as an intern and subsequently as a staff translator.
Greta FRATINI
Greta is an Italian translator and interpreter. Her passion for languages and literature has led her to make a career out of her abilities in French and German, having also studied English, Spanish and Italian Sign Language.
Having completed her studies at Sapienza Università di Roma and Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma − achieving full marks in her degree − and having spent time abroad on several occasions, Greta started working as a translator and interpreter in Italy.
She joined the team at LOCALIZE in January 2020 and performs the role of translator and project manager with her characteristic attention to detail and insatiable curiosity.
Patrick POZZI
Passionate about travel, music and photography, Patrick studied at the University of Geneva’s Faculty of Translation and Interpreting, graduating with a BA in Multilingual Communication and an MA in Translation and Specialised Multilingual Communication. During his studies, Patrick spent a year abroad split between Dublin in Ireland and Vienna in Austria, and also specialised in language policy and minority languages. After gaining initial experience in the field of communications and journalism, Patrick joined the team at LOCALIZE as an intern in 2019. He has since become a fully fledged internal translator and also holds project management responsibilities.
Maria Luisa MECONI
Driven by her long-held passion for foreign languages and cultures, Maria Luisa has mastered six languages and gained experiences which have taken her from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia. Born in Rome, Maria Luisa graduated from the University of Geneva in 2013 with an MA in Specialised Translation, with an emphasis on law and economics.
After a short time translating legal texts from Swedish to Italian for the state in Gothenburg, she joined LOCALIZE and worked here for two years.
Motivated by her curiosity, Maria Luisa decided to temporarily leave translation in 2018 to enter the world of insurance, continuing her career in a management position at a major Swiss insurance company.
After the birth of her daughter, Maria Luisa chose to rejoin the LOCALIZE team in a part-time role to achieve a better balance between her work and private life.
